This Full Face Helmet Pattern is perfect for all kinds of different costume projects! Customize, reshape and use it for as many projects as you want! Just follow the instructions, trace all parts to your favorite material, glue everything together and paint and finish it the way you want!

I recommend using 10mm low-density EVA foam as well as contact cement to create this helmet. Other materials work as well of course. You can find more instructions on how to make costume pieces and props in my tutorial books or on my YouTube channel.

Can easily be rescaled to your own liking. I used my own head as the base for these patterns (56cm circumference above the eyebrows).

Have fun crafting!

Good pattern though it’s a little confusing for what it is. Took me a minute to realize I needed to disregard the foam angle cutting page cause there’s no degrees on the pattern. I think they include it as a standard for all of their patterns, but it really confused me. Also printing and formatting is a Pain. I did everything recommended (Ie using Adobe) to format the pattern to print yet the printer I have available for some reason cannot read the file (Probably user error on my end). I tried everything from using different software’s to getting a full image and sizing it up in the copier. I even looked to see if they had a tutorial explaining the printing process on their YT channel. Nothing really came out quite right and I am worried it will affect my overall product significantly. It would have been really helpful if they included an already formatted PFD of the pattern in a standard letter printing style. Maybe I am being too nitpicky, this is the first pattern I’ve ever bought, and I was going back and forth on purchasing it. It’s a shame that it’s been a frustrating experience. I may update my review later if I can figure out the printing errors, but in the meantime, I’m giving this a 3 out of 5 stars. Thank you for your time.

Hey Rye, thanks for your feedback! I’m sorry about the issues you have with this pattern. I agree that it might be confusing to have the angle cut explanation in the file when this particular pattern actually doesn’t have an angle cut. That could have been handled better and I will need to update this in a future update. The file however should open and print just fine in Adobe Acrobat Reader as it has been done by us and many others. It’s not pre-sliced as many people have a different paper format than standard letter size (only common in the US and CA) and we need to accommodate for that. If you still have issues with the printing setting please just reach out via email and we will help to the best of our abilities. :)
