Description
This is a 2D illustrated blueprint file that I created and used to build my own version of Gauss Rifle. I included all of my laser cut layers as well. This file does not include instructions on how to create this prop. Doesn’t include 3D models of the capacitors though. I do not claim the rights to the original design. I created this vector art file myself to help others build their own version of this piece.
This file does not include instructions on how to create this prop or costume piece. You can find instructions on how to make props in my book: Advanced Prop Making. However, you’ll find a detailed crafting video of the Guass Rifle (the Last Minute) from Fallout 4 on my Youtube channel.
Vector files are scalable and can be easily resized to your own liking.
The files of the Gauss Rifle blueprint are in original size and can be printed out on multiple pages. Set your printer to “do not rescale” and “print over multiple pages“.

Love your work and been a big fan for years, however, I am disappointed with the patterns. There is no quantity for the parts and a lot of them are stacked…..I found them really confusing and not sure now if I can make it, I have watched the video over and over but there is still a lot of info missing. Pity………..

Sorry about that! However, these were really all the files we’ve used for my own Gauss Riffle als well. The amount of pieces often depended on the exact thickness of foam I used and especially the copper coils were a bit tricky. Just write me an email if you have any questions! However, I’m sure you can figure it out! So far we have a ton of people who used the blueprint to build their own Gauss Rifle as well. I agree that it’s challenging project though!

Great job on the design. Working on one now. Would have liked to have the dovetail joint for the wood core included in the print pack, but I re-created it myself. Looking for the 3D files for the capacitors and large hollow part in the back. I can re-create these as well, but if they were available it would speed things along!
