I recommend using 5mm low density EVA foam as well as contact cement to create these horns. Other materials work as well of course. You can find more instructions on how to make costume pieces and props in my tutorial books or on my YouTube channel.

Vector files are scaleable and can easily be resized or changed to your own liking.

Please choose your correct printer size between European DIN-A4 (21×29.7cm) or US/Canada letter (8.5x11inch).

This is a digital PDF download. After your purchase you can directly download your document. You will also get a separate ‘order complete’ email, in which you will find your download link. If you have trouble getting the files to work, please contact!

Wonderful patterns! I had some trouble understanding the cut angles. The results will an oblique cut through the height of the foam, and at the beggining will seems difficult. But after a pair or two I’m getting good at it!

Great patterns. They worked really well. At first I wasn’t sure how the marks are going to fit. But after watching the video I realized it

Excellent, this is exactly what you need to build any kind of horns, it’s well explain via a schema and the patterns are 10/10 sharp and precise ! Bonus : the cut angles are the must to have a clean result and it’s on point !

I bought this a few days ago and used 6mm eva foam to make the ram’s horns. It’s a bit difficult to manipulate at first but if you carefully watch the vid above and freeze frame you get the hang of it. After a practice run i got the hang of it and it became easy to make, great patterns. Definitely worth purchasing,

I got the horn patterns, and they are bloody fantastic! We covered the ones we made, with paper towels and liquid latex for texture that it all came together beautifully! With all the options, we are already planning future projects!

I’ve been looking everywhere for a good pattern and/or tutorial on how to make ram horns for my Jester cosplay from Critical Role. My search seemed fruitless until I saw the post for it on instagram, and it seemed perfect! and it was! its lightweight, so even when I add the jewelry to it, it won’t be heavy! This patern is great!

Excellent pattern collection, much like the sword pattern collection. Very useful, easy to follow, and with a little bit of editing, there can be no horns that you cannot do. Thank you!
