Foam Horn Pattern Collection 2 – Digital Download | PDF
Example Video: How to work with my patterns to create a pair of horns!
The bigger the horns, the better! They’re awesome for all kinds of different costumes and super easy to build! Just print them out, trace them to your material and glue them together! It’s that easy! This pattern collection includes 7 different designs including epic ram horns, devil horns, imp horns, demon horns, twisted horns, fairy horns and bull horns!
I recommend using 5mm high or low density EVA foam and contact cement to create these pieces. Other materials (like Worbla) work as well of course! Based on my own head size (56cm, 22inch head circumference). Just print out larger or smaller to fit your own head. We also included printing instructions. There is also an optional pre-sliced version that you can print on both US letter and European A4 paper formats.
Check out my blog entry for EVA foam armor to learn everything you need to know! It’s super easy and incredible fun to create a costume! You can find more instructions on how to make costume pieces and props in my tutorial books or on my YouTube channel.
Please choose your correct printer size between European DIN-A4 (21×29.7cm) or US/Canada letter (8.5x11inch).
The Horn Foam Pattern Collection is a digital PDF download. After your purchase you can directly download your document. You will also get a separate ‘order complete’ email, in which you will find your download link. If you have trouble getting the files to work, please contact shop@kamuicosplay.com! Please check out the printing instructions to set up your printer as well.

These are all great!! I used the demon horns for a Loki cosplay. The fairy and epic ram horns looked awesome paired with flower crowns. I highly recommend getting this and the other horn pattern collection

Great pattern. I’ve used a couple of the horn patterns over the past two years for various Halloween and other costumes and they’re super easy to use. I use a projector for my sewing and I’ve also had good luck using these patterns to project directly onto foam, no printing needed!

Perfect patterns ! I chose horns for my very fisrt project and it was pretty straightforward, I would say they are quite beginner friendly. Easy to understand and I made already 4 set of horns (inclunding the Epic ram)
The printing instructions and how to scale the pattern up and down were also very useful.

Totally worth the price. I almost made all of them already. By making them, it actually helped me to learn how to properly glue some spinning object made from eva foam so I must recommend this!
