This Shield Pattern Collection includes 4 different designs:

These are vector files that can be scaled to any desired size. This file contains a sizing chart that will show you exactly what scale you will need to get the size you need.

I recommend using one layer of 10mm low-density EVA foam for the main body (two layers for extra stability), one layer of 5mm or 10mm foam for the rim, 5mm for the the arm and hand straps and 2mm for the details. Use contact cement glue to stick all foam pieces together.
