Patterns for a Knight Shield of 80cm (31.5inch) height. Vector files can be scaled to any desired size. This file contains a sizing chart that will show you exactly what scale you will need to get the size you need.

I recommend using two layers of 10mm low-density EVA foam (high density works too) for the main body, one layer of 10mm foam for the detail border and 5mm for the arm and hand strap. Use contact cement glue to stick all foam pieces together.
